深圳137例乙型肝炎病毒血清学标志物特殊结果模式分析

Analysis of Special Effect Pattern of Hepatitis B Virus Serological Markers of 137 Cases in Shenzhen

目的探讨乙型肝炎病毒血清学标志物特殊结果模式。方法收集2018年9月至2019年8月我院的乙肝"两对半"标本,用ELISA法检测乙型肝炎病毒血清学标志物五项,分析结果的特殊模式。结果28600例乙肝"两对半"检验结果中,共检测到的特殊模式9种。结论通过分析和探讨,了解乙型肝炎病毒五项血清学指标特殊模式的类型,为乙型肝炎的诊断和治疗提供可靠的依据。

Objective To explore special effect model of hepatitis B virus serological markers.Methods The paper collected two pairs and a half of hepatitis B samples in our hospital from September 2018 to August 2019,and detected five serological markers of hepatitis B virus with ELiSA,and analyzed special pattern of results.Results 28600 cases hepatitis B"two pairs and a half"test,a total of 9 kinds of special patterns were detected.Conclusion Through analysis and discussion,we can understand special patterns of five serological indexes of hepatitis B virus,and provide reliable basis for diagnosis and treatment of hepatitis B.
