PDCA+情景模拟教学在手术室低年资护士中的应用评价 被引量:4

摘要 目的研究手术室低年资护士实施PDCA+情景模拟教学的应用价值。方法择取16例我院手术室低年资护士,另选取同期手术患者100例,教学前后各50例,2018年8月至2019年8月作为本研究的时间范围,全部手术室低年资护士均实施PDCA+情景模拟教学,讨论患者的教学前后护理质量水平。结果手术室低年资护士教学后服务态度、物品准备、沟通交流、体位摆放、仪器操作、手术配合、医嘱执行质量水平高于教学前护士,组间具有明显差异,P<0.05。教学后尊重感、亲切感、信任感、耐心细致、语言清晰满意度高于教学前,组间具有明显差异,P<0.05。结论手术室低年资护士行PDCA+情景模拟教学效果确切,可提升护士工作质量水平。 Objective To study application value of PDCA+scenario simulation teaching for junior nurses in operating room.Methods The paper chose 16 junior nurses in operating room of our hospital,and another 100 patients at the same period,including 50 cases before and after teaching,with time range of August 2018 to August 2019.All junior nurses in operating room was treated with PDCA+scenario simulation teaching,and nursing quality level of patients before and after teaching was discussed.Results Quality of service attitude,device preparation,communication,body position,instrument operation,operation cooperation and doctor order execution of junior nurses in operating room after teaching was higher than before teaching,with significant difference between groups(P<0.05).After teaching,respect,intimacy,trust,patience and carefulness,clear language satisfaction was higher than before teaching,there was significant difference between groups(P<0.05).Conclusion PDCA+scenario simulation teaching can achieve accurate effect for junior nurses in operating room,which can improve their work quality.
