心电图、超声心动图联合心肌酶在小儿病毒性心肌炎中的应用价值探讨 被引量:4

摘要 目的分析在小儿病毒性心肌炎临床检查诊断中心电图、超声心动图联合心肌酶检查方式的应用价值。方法选择2019年1月至2020年12月收治的42例小儿病毒性心肌炎患儿及42例健康体检儿童作为研究对象,且均接受心电图、超声心动图联合心肌酶检查,并分为观察组(42例,小儿病毒性心肌炎患儿)和对照组(42例,健康体检儿童)。结果对比两组受检者心肌酶检测结果、超声心动图检出结果及最终检查结果确诊率,与对照组相对比,观察组各心肌酶检测值更高,超声心动图检出异常人数更多,数据对比有统计学差异(P<0.05)。两组受检者的确诊率无明显差异,数据对比无统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论对病毒性心肌炎患儿实施心电图、超声心动图联合心肌酶检查诊断方式,可有效检出受检者是否患病毒性心肌炎及其具体病情,使患者能得到及时有效且有针对性的救治,有效提升其检查结果的精准度。 Objective To analyze the application value of ECG,echocardiography combined with myocardial enzyme examination in the clinical diagnosis of viral myocarditis in children.Methods From January 2019 to December 2020,42 cases of children with viral myocarditis and 42 cases of healthy children were selected as the research objects,and all received ECG,echocardiography combined with myocardial enzyme examination,and were divided into observation group(42 cases,children with viral myocarditis)and control group(42 cases,healthy children).Results Compared with the control group,the detection value of myocardial enzymes in the observation group was higher,and the number of abnormal cases detected by echocardiography was more,with statistical difference(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the diagnosis rate between the two groups,and there was no statistical difference in the data comparison(P>0.05).Conclusion The implementation of ECG,echocardiography combined with myocardial enzyme examination in the diagnosis of children with viral myocarditis can effectively detect whether the subjects suffer from viral myocarditis and its specific condition,so that the patients can get timely,effective and targeted treatment,and effectively improve the accuracy of the examination results.
