不同的降压药物治疗老年高血压的临床效果

Clinical Effect of Different Antihypertensive Drugs in the Treatment of Elderly Hypertension

目的探究分析对老年高血压患者实施不同的降压药物治疗方案的临床疗效。方法将本乡镇卫生院大内科于2019年9月至2020年9月收治的120例老年高血压患者纳入本组研究,按照随机数字表法将其分组并展开不同药物组合治疗方案的分组探讨。甲组(60例)患者实施利尿剂和肾上腺素能受体阻断剂的联合配比治疗,乙组(60例)患者实施钙离子拮抗剂和血管紧张素转化酶(ACEI)抑制剂的联合配比治疗。对比不同药物组合治疗方案对应患者的临床总体疗效、药物毒副反应以及血压指标变化等。结果①甲组临床总体治疗效率为88.33%,稍低于乙组的91.67%;②甲组的不良反应率为15.00%,稍低于乙组的18.33%;③两组患者治疗后的DBP、SBP水平指标均较治疗前有显著改善;④两组患者治疗后的Barthel指数生活质量评分均较治疗前有显著提高,分析对比均显示(P>0.05),而同组治疗前后数据对比显示(P<0.05)。结论对老年高血压患者实施不同的降压药物治疗方案可以取得不同的治疗成效,但每种药物都具有一定的不良反应,只有将其以合理的配比方式进行组合应用,才能在取得理想疗效的同时确保其治疗安全性。

Objective To explore and analyze the clinical efficacy of different antihypertensive drugs in elderly patients with hypertension.Methods One hundred and twenty cases of elderly patients with hypertension in our township hospital from September 2019 to September 2020 were included in this study.They were divided into groups according to the random number table method,and different drug combination treatment schemes were discussed.Group A(60 cases)were treated with diuretics and adrenergic receptor blockers,group B(60 cases)were treated with calcium antagonists and angiotensin converting enzyme(ACEI)inhibitors.The overall clinical efficacy,adverse drug reactions and changes of blood pressure indexes of patients corresponding to different drug combinations were compared.Results①The overall clinical treatment efficiency of group A was 88.33%,which was slightly lower than 91.67%of group B.②The adverse reaction rate of group A was 15.00%,which was slightly lower than 18.33%of group B.③The DBP and SBP levels of the two groups were significantly improved after treatment.④The Barthel Index and quality of life scores of the two groups after treatment were significantly improved compared with those before treatment(P>0.05),while the data of the same group before and after treatment were compared(P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of different antihypertensive drug treatment programs for elderly patients with hypertension can achieve different therapeutic effects,but each drug has certain adverse reactions.Only the combination of them in a reasonable proportion can achieve the ideal curative effect and ensure the safety of treatment.
