急性脑梗死患者血清胱抑素C及凝血功能的临床检验价值分析

Clinical Value Analysis of Serum Cystatin C and Coagulation Function in Patients with Acute Cerebral Infarction

目的分析急性脑梗死患者血清胱抑素C及凝血功能的临床检验价值。方法将本院于2019年1月至2020年6月接收治疗的急性脑梗死患者52例作为研究对象,为观察组,另将同一时期接收的健康志愿者28例作为对照组,分别在观察组患者治疗前后对其的血清胱抑素C以及凝血相关功能进行检测,并将其检测结果与对照组患者进行对比,分析其对比结果。结果治疗前,相较于对照组患者,观察组患者的血浆纤维蛋白、血清胱抑素C水平明显更低,血浆凝血酶时间以及抗凝血酶水平明显更高,对比统计学差异明显(P<0.05);而在观察组患者治疗后,两组患者血浆纤维蛋白、血清胱抑素C、血浆凝血酶时间以及抗凝血酶水平对比并无统计学差异(P>0.05);将观察组患者疾病类型分为完全型以及进展型发现,相较于进展型患者,完全型患者的血浆纤维蛋白、血清胱抑素C水平明显更低,血浆凝血酶时间以及抗凝血酶水平明显更高,对比统计学差异明显(P<0.05)。结论对急性脑梗死患者的血清胱抑素C以及其凝血相关功能等进行检查分析可对患者的疾病进行确诊,并可根据患者的相关指标检测结果对患者的疾病分型进行确诊,以便于临床医师对患者采取进一步的诊断治疗,值得临床广泛应用。

Objective To analyze the clinical value of serum cystatin C and coagulation function in patients with acute cerebral infarction.Methods Fifty-two patients with acute cerebral infarction in our hospital from January 2019 to June 2020 were selected as the observation group,and 28 healthy volunteers in the same period were selected as the control group.The serum cystatin C and coagulation related function of the observation group were detected before and after treatment,and the test results were compared with those of the control group The comparison results are as follows.Results Before treatment,compared with the control group,the levels of plasma fibrin and serum cystatin C in the observation group were significantly lower,and the levels of plasma thrombin time and antithrombin were significantly higher,with significant difference(P<0.05).After treatment,there was no significant difference in plasma fibrin,serum cystatin C,plasma thrombin time and antithrombin level between the two groups(P>0.05).The disease types of the observation group were divided into complete type and progressive type.Compared with the progressive type,the plasma fibrin and serum cystatin C levels of complete type patients were significantly lower,the plasma thrombin time and anticoagulant enzyme levels were significantly higher,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The examination and analysis of serum cystatin C and its coagulation related function in patients with acute cerebral infarction can make a diagnosis of the disease,and can make a diagnosis of the disease classification according to the detection results of the relevant indicators of the patients,so as to facilitate the clinicians to take further diagnosis and treatment for the patients,which is worthy of wide clinical application.
