探析贫血鉴别诊断中血液检验的临床效果

目的观察分析血液检验用于贫血鉴别诊断中的临床效果。方法将2018年1月至2020年12月我院接诊的60例贫血病人进行研究,将其中的30位地中海贫血患者列为地中海组,将另外30位缺铁性贫血患列为缺铁组,另外选取同时期至我院进行体检的健康人士30位列为健康组,对三组的所有人员均实施血液检验,检验项目包含红细胞计数、红细胞体积分布宽度、血红蛋白、平均红细胞容积、平均红细胞血红蛋白量、红细胞计数/平均红细胞容积,比较地中海组和健康组、缺铁组和健康组以及地中海组与缺铁组的检验比较。结果缺铁组、地中海组病人的RBC、RDW-CV、Hb、MCV、MCH、RBC/MCV均与健康组的血液检验结果有显著差异,P>0.05;缺铁组患者的RBC、RDW-CV、Hb、MCV检验结果与地中海组和健康组具有显著差异(P<0.05);地中海组的RBC、RBC/MCV与缺铁组和健康组有显著差异,P<0.05;缺铁组病人的RBC、RDW-CV、Hb、MCH、RBC/MCV均与健康组的血液检验结果有显著差异,组间比较有较大的差别(P<0.05);但MVC指标无明显差异,组间比较有无明显的差别(P>0.05)。结论在贫血患者进行鉴别诊断时候,对其进行血液检验结果进行仔细比对后,具有明显的参数差异,因此贫血鉴别诊断中,血液检验有着重要意义。

Objective To observe and analyze the clinical effect of blood test in the differential diagnosis of anemia.Methods Sixty cases of anemia patients in our hospital from January 2018 to December 2020 were studied.Among them,30 patients with thalassemia were classified as mediterranean group,the other 30 patients with iron deficiency anemia were classified as iron deficiency group,and another 30 healthy people who came to our hospital for physical examination at the same time were selected as healthy group.All the personnel in the three groups were given blood test,and the test items included red blood cells The results were compared between Mediterranean group and healthy group,iron deficiency group and healthy group,and between Mediterranean group and iron deficiency group.Results There were significant differences in the blood test results of the iron deficiency group and the Mediterranean group in RBC,RDW-CV,Hb,MCV,MCH,RBC/MCV and the healthy group,P>0.05.The RBC,RDW-CV,Hb and MCV test results of the iron group were significantly different from those of the Mediterranean group and the healthy group(P<0.05).The RBC,RBC/MCV of the Mediterranean group were significantly different from the iron deficiency group and the healthy group,P<0.05.The blood test results of the iron-deficiency group of patients with RBC,RDW-CV,Hb,MCH,RBC/MCV were significantly different from those of the healthy group,and there were significant differences between the groups(P<0.05).But there was no significant difference in MVC indicators,and there was no significant difference between the groups(P>0.05).Conclusion In the differential diagnosis of anemia patients,after careful comparison of blood test results,there are obvious parameter differences,so blood test is of great significance in the differential diagnosis of anemia.
