芪黄养心汤治疗冠心病稳定型心绞痛临床观察

Clinical Observation of Qihuang Yangxin Decoction on Stable Angina Pectoris of Coronary Heart Disease

目的分析芪黄养心汤对于冠心病稳定型心绞痛(简称SAP)的治疗效果。方法本研究主体为2018年4月至2020年5月间来院治疗的94例SAP患者。以抽签法为基准,A组48例予以芪黄养心汤治疗,B组46例予以常规西药治疗。对比治疗效果。结果A组的总有效率为97.92%,B组为82.61%(P<0.05)。治疗后,A组的中医症状积分低于B组(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组的症状发作次数和持续时间均减少,且A组少于B组(P<0.05)。A组的不良反应率为4.17%,B组为19.57%(P<0.05)。治疗前,对比于两组的血脂指标并未见差异(P>0.05)。治疗后,A组的各项指标数值均较B组降低,对比后P<0.05。结论为SAP患者采取芪黄养心汤治疗可改善症状,抑制心绞痛发作,且安全效益好,疗效确切。

Objective To analyze the therapeutic effect of Qihuang Yangxin decoction on stable angina pectoris(abbreviated as SAP)of coronary heart disease.Methods The subjects of this study were 94 SAP patients who came to the hospital for treatment from April 2018 to May 2020.Based on the lottery method,48 patients in group A were treated with Qihuang Yangxin decoction,and 46 patients in group B were treated with conventional western medicine.The treatment effects was compared.Results The total effective rate of group A was 97.92%,group B was 82.61%(P<0.05).After treatment,the TCM symptom score of group A was lower than that of group B(P<0.05).After treatment,the number and duration of symptom onset in both groups were reduced,and group A was less than that of group B(P<0.05).The adverse reaction rate of group A was 4.17%and that of group B was 19.57%(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no difference in blood lipid between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the indexes in group A were lower than those in group B,P<0.05.Conclusion Taking Qihuang Yangxin decoction for SAP patients can improve symptoms,inhibit angina pectoris,and has good safety,benefit and definite curative effect.
