他汀类药物治疗高脂血症的临床应用评价及效果分析

目的研究他汀类药物治疗高脂血症的临床应用评价及效果分析。方法选取我院收治的120例高脂血症患者,对所选患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析,根据用药不同分为三组,A组患者采用阿托伐他汀钙治疗,B组患者采用辛伐他汀治疗,C组患者采用普伐他汀治疗,观察治疗前后患者的血脂水平变化情况,并统计各组不良反应发生情况。结果用药1个月后三组TC和TG水平均显著下降,但A组和B组均明显低于C组,用药1个月后三组HDL-C水平均显著提升,但A组和B组均明显高于C组,A组和B组治疗总有效率明显高于C组,三组不良反应发生率对比差异不具有统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论阿托伐他汀和辛伐他汀治疗高脂血症疗效确切,降低血脂效果明显优于普伐他汀,需要注意的是他汀类药要引发不良反应并无明显差别,在用药治疗过程中应注意不良反应症状。

Objective To study the clinical application evaluation and effect analysis of statins in the treatment of hyperlipidemia.Methods 120 hyperlipidemia patients admitted to our hospital were selected,the clinical data of the selected patients were retrospectively analyzed and divided into three groups according to different medications.Group A patients were treated with atorvastatin calcium,group B patients were treated with simvastatin,and group C patients were treated with pravastatin.The changes of blood lipid levels of patients before and after treatment were observed,and the occurrence of adverse reactions in each group was counted.Results After 1 months of therapy three groups of TC and TG levels have dropped significantly,but the group A and group B were significantly lower than that of group C,1 month after treatment level of HDL-C three group were significantly increased,but the group A and group B were significantly higher than that of group C,the total effective rate in group A and B group was obviously higher than that of group C,three groups of incidence of adverse reactions to contrast differences have no statistical significance(P>0.05).Conclusion Atorvastatin and simvastatin are effective in the treatment of hyperlipidemia,and the effect of reducing blood lipid is obviously better than that of prastatin.It should be noted that there is no significant difference in the adverse reactions caused by statins.Vigilance should be raised in the treatment process,and adverse reaction symptoms should be timely and properly handled.
