探讨临床合理用药指导对2型糖尿病患者用药依从性的影响

Explore the Influence of Clinical Rational Drug Use Guidance on Medication Compliance of Patients with Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus

目的探析对慢性疾病T2DM患者加强临床合理用药指导,观察其措施对患者用药依从性的影响。方法选取本院药剂科室(就诊时间:2019年6月至2020年11月)就诊的320例慢性疾病T2DM患者,依据随机对照原则分为两组,各160例。对照组采用常规药剂科临床用药指导,观察组实施新型药剂科合理用药指导,观察实施不同用药指导措施T2DM患者的用药依从性、合理用药效能、用药错误(ME)事件、药物不良反应(ADR)发生情况。结果观察组ME事件发生率(1.9%)、ADR发生率(3.1%)明显低于对照组ME事件发生率(7.5%)、ADR发生率(8.8%)(P<0.05);观察组(新型用药指导)用药依从性评分明显高于对照组(常规临床用药指导)(P<0.05);观察组(新型用药指导)合理用药效能干预后评分明显高于对照组(常规临床用药指导)(P<0.05)。结论加强临床合理用药指导,可有效改善慢性疾病T2DM患者用药依从性及合理用药效能,降低ME及ADR事件发生率,值得临床推广。

Objective To explore the clinical guidance of rational drug use for T2DM patients with chronic diseases,and to observe the influence of the measures on medication compliance of patients.Methods Three hundred and twenty cases of T2DM patients with chronic diseases were selected from the pharmacy department of our hospital from June 2019 to November 2020,and they were randomly divided into two groups with 160 cases in each group.The control group followed the clinical medication guidance of the conventional pharmacy department,while the observation group implemented the rational drug use guidance of the new pharmacy department.The medication compliance,rational drug use efficiency,medication error(ME)events and adverse drug reactions(ADR)of T2DM patients were observed.Results The incidence of ME events(1.9%)and ADR(3.1%)in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(7.5%)and(8.8%)(P<0.05).The medication compliance score of the observation group(new medication guidance)was significantly higher than that of the control group(routine clinical medication guidance)(P<0.05).The rational use of pharmacodynamics in the observation group(new medication guidance)could intervene the prognosis.The score was significantly higher than that of the control group(routine clinical medication guidance)(P<0.05).Conclusion Strengthening the guidance of clinical rational drug use can effectively improve the medication compliance and rational drug use efficiency of patients with chronic disease T2DM,and reduce the incidence of ME and ADR events,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
