改良浅层吸痰法在婴幼儿呼吸道感染中的应用效果观察

Observation on Application Effect of Improved Shallow Sputum Suction Method in Infants with Respiratory Tract Infection

目的分析在婴幼儿呼吸道感染中应用改良浅层吸痰法的效果。方法将2018年3月至2019年9月期间在我院医治的60例呼吸道感染患儿纳入研究,并随机设为两个组别,给予对照组(30例)常规吸痰方法,给予实验组(30例)改良浅层吸痰法。观察两组患儿临床症状改善时间、睡眠质量和并发症情况。结果在肺部啰音消失时间和咳嗽消失时间上,实验组患儿都低于对照组,两组对比有统计学差异(P<0.05)。实验组患儿睡眠质量明显优于对照组,两组对比有统计学差异(P<0.05)。实验组并发症总发生率(6.67%)低于对照组(23.33%)两组对比有统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论改良浅层吸痰法应用于婴幼儿呼吸道感染中,能够加快患儿临床症状、体征的消失,改善睡眠质量,并且并发症较少,应用效果显著,值得推广。

Objective To analyze the effect of modified shallow sputum suction method in infant respiratory tract infection.Methods 60 children with respiratory tract infection treated in our hospital from March 2018 to September 2019 were included in the study,and randomly divided into two groups,the control group(30 cases)was given routine sputum suction method,and the experimental group(30 cases)was given improved shallow sputum suction method.The improvement time,sleep quality and complications of clinical symptoms were observed.Results The time of lung rale disappearance and cough disappearance were lower in the experimental group than in the control group(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the sleep quality of the experimental group was significantly better than that of the control group(P<0.05).Compared with the control group(23.33%),the total incidence of complications in the experimental group(6.67%)was significantly lower(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of modified shallow sputum suction method in infant respiratory tract infection can accelerate the disappearance of clinical symptoms and signs,improve sleep quality,and have fewer complications.
