糖尿病性白内障术中联合药物治疗的价值研究

Study on the Value of combined Drug Therapy in Diabetic Cataract Surgery

目的分析糖尿病性白内障术中药物的治疗效果。方法本次研究中的观察对象均选自于在本院接受治疗的糖尿病性白内障患者当中,76例患者(85眼)的入院时间均在2018年6月至2019年9月期间。对上述患者的临床资料展开回顾性分析,并且依据治疗方案将其分为两组,对照组和观察组患者分别接受白内障超声乳化术治疗和白内障超声乳化术联合雷珠单抗治疗。比较两组患者的视力、黄斑中心视网膜厚度以及眼压改善情况,统计两组患者的术后并发症发生情况。结果术后观察组患者的视力明显较对照组及术前高,其黄斑中心视网膜厚度以及眼压均明显低于术前和对照组,P<0.05;两组患者的并发症发生率相比较,P>0.05。结论白内障超声乳化术联合雷珠单抗治疗糖尿病性白内障的疗效显著且安全性较高,值得广泛推广实施。

Objective To analyze the therapeutic effect of drugs in diabetic cataract surgery.Methods The observation subjects in this study were selected from patients with diabetic cataract who were treated in our hospital.76 patients(85 eyes)were admitted to the hospital from June 2018 to September 2019.The clinical data of the above patients were retrospectively analyzed,and they were divided into two groups according to the treatment plan.The control group and observation group received phacoemulsification and cataract phacoemulsification combined with ranibizumab.The visual acuity,retinal thickness at the center of the macula and the improvement of intraocular pressure were compared between the two groups,and the postoperative complications of the two groups were counted.Results The visual acuity of patients in the observation group after operation was significantly higher than that of the control group and before the operation.The retinal thickness and intraocular pressure of the macular center were significantly lower than those of the control group before and after the operation,P<0.05;the complication rate of the two groups was compared,P>0.05.Conclusion Phacoemulsification combined with ranibizumab for the treatment of diabetic cataract is effective and safe,and it is worthy of extensive promotion and implementation.
