互联网大数据时代下医院人事管理创新效果研究 被引量:5

Research on the Effect of Hospital Personnel Management Innovation in the Era of Internet Big Data

摘要 目的观察互联网大数据时代下医院人事管理创新效果研究分析。方法将我院(2018年7月至2020年7月)在职480名医护人员,依照入职顺序分组,在2019年06月30日前入职的416名医护人员,采取常规人事管理方法,设置为对照组。而2019年07月01日后入职的另64名医护人员,采取互联网大数据时代下人事管理系统进行管理设置为实验组。对照两组人事管理成效,医护人员对人事管理的满意率。结果实验组在互联网大数据时代创新人事管理下内容变更、档案调取、设置权限以及管理质量四项人事管理成效评分均高于对照组,差异(P<0.05)有意义。实验组医护人员对人事管理的满意率(98.44%)高于对照组(90.63%),差异(P<0.05)有意义。结论在互联网大数据时代下,实施创新医院人事管理,较传统的管理手段,可以明显的提升人事管理的成效,提升医护人员对管理的总满意率,效果理想。 Objective To observe the innovation effect of hospital personnel management in the era of Internet big data.Methods 480 medical and nursing staff in our hospital(July 2018 to July 2020)were divided into two groups according to the entry order.416 medical and nursing personnel who were employed before June 30,2019 were set as the control group by the conventional personnel management method.The other 64 medical and nursing personnel who were employed after July 1,2019 were managed by the personnel management system in the era of Internet big data and set as the experimental group.The results of personnel management and the satisfaction rate of medical staff to personnel management were compared between the two groups.Results In the era of Internet big data,the scores of content change,file access,authority setting and management quality of the experimental group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).The satisfaction rate of medical staff in the experimental group(98.44%)was higher than that in the control group(90.63%)(P<0.05).Conclusion In the era of Internet big data,the implementation of innovative hospital personnel management,compared with the traditional management means,can significantly improve the effectiveness of personnel management,improve the overall satisfaction rate of medical staff to management,the effect is ideal.
