健康孕妇不同孕期血清CEA、CA125、CA153及CA199检测结果的分析

Analysis of Serum CEA,CA125,CA153 and CA199 in Healthy Pregnant Women during Different Pregnancies

目的分析健康孕妇不同孕期血清糖类抗原199(CA199)、糖类抗原153(CA153)、糖类抗原125(CA125)、癌胚抗原(CEA)及检测结果。方法选取2019年1月至2020年1月期间我院健康孕妇178例及180例健康体检女性作为研究对象分别作为孕妇组(n=178)及对照组(n=180),通过化学发光法检测孕妇组的孕早期(5~12周)、孕中期(14~27周)、孕晚期(28~39周)和对照组的CA199、CA125、CEA、CA153水平。结果孕妇组CA153、CA125水平较对照组高,CA199、CEA与对照组对比无明显差异(P>0.05)。不同孕周CA199、CEA对比无明显差异(P>0.05),孕早期、孕中期、孕晚期CA153对比具有明显差异(P<0.05),由高到低的顺序依次为:孕晚期>孕中期>孕早期(P<0.05)。不同孕周CA125水平高于对照组,孕中期高于孕早期及孕晚期(P<0.05),但是孕早期及孕晚期对比无明显差异(P>0.05)。结论孕妇CA153、CA125水平异常升高在孕妇中较为常见,如果检测阳性,可告知孕妇放轻松,缓解其不良情绪。

Objective To analyze the serum carbohydrate antigen 199(CA199),carbohydrate antigen 153(CA15),carbohydrate antigen 125(CA125)carcinoembryonic antigen(CEA)and the test results of healthy pregnant women during different pregnancies.Methods 178 healthy pregnant women and 180 healthy pregnant women in our hospital from January 2019 to January 2020 were selected as the study subjects,respectively,as the pregnant women group(n=178)and the control group(n=180).The levels of CA199,CA125,CEA and CA153 of the pregnant women group in the early(5-12 weeks),the middle(14-27 weeks),the late(28-39 weeks)and the control group were detected by chemiluminescence method.Results The levels of CA153 and CA125 in the pregnant women group were higher than those in the control group,and there were no significant differences in CA199 and CEA compared with the control group(P>0.05).There were no significant differences in CA199 and CEA between different gestational weeks(P>0.05),while there were significant differences in CA153 between the first trimester,the second trimester and the third trimester(P<0.05).The order from high to low was:Third trimester>second trimester>first trimester(P<0.05).CA125 levels at different gestational weeks were higher than those in the control group,and CA125 levels in the second trimester were higher than those in the first and third trimesters(P<0.05),but there was no significant difference between the first and third trimesters(P>0.05).Conclusion Abnormal elevation of CA153、CA125level in pregnant women are common in pregnant women.If the test is positive,pregnant women can be told to relax and relieve their bad mood.
