目的创新实施民族地区农村订单定向生与全科医生临床实践同质化教学模式,使定向生提前了解全科工作,培养优秀全科医疗人才,发展基层医疗卫生队伍。方法改善教学方法,因材施教;强化全科素质培养,注重实践;注重学生心理发展,提高职业认同感和使命感。结果培养临床思维能力,拓宽专业知识面;提高动手能力,增强专业技能;培养社交能力,掌握有效沟通技能。结论民族地区农村订单定向生全科医生临床实践同质化教学模式的创新,利于全科医学人才的培养,利于基层医疗队伍的发展,有助于推进健康中国战略的实施。

Objective To innovatively implement the homogenization teaching mode of clinical practice between order-oriented students and general practitioners in rural areas of ethnic minority areas,so as to enable orientation students to know the general practice in advance,cultivate excellent general medical talents and develop grassroots medical and health teams.Methods To improve teaching methods and teach students according to their aptitude.Strengthen the cultivation of overall quality and pay attention to practice.Pay attention to students’psychological development,improve professional identity and sense of mission.Results To cultivate clinical thinking ability and broaden professional knowledge;Improve operational ability and enhance professional skills;Develop social skills and effective communication skills.Conclusion The innovation of the homogenized teaching mode of clinical practice of general practitioners in rural areas with orders oriented to students in ethnic minority areas is conducive to the training of general practitioners,the development of primary medical teams,and the implementation of the healthy China strategy.
