中医推拿联合中药熏药对腰椎间盘突出症疼痛的效果观察

Observation on the Effect of Traditional Chinese Medicine Massage Combined with Fumigation for Pain of Lumbar Intervertebral Disc Herniation

目的探究中医推拿联合中药熏药对腰椎间盘突出症疼痛的效果。方法通过选取2019年1月至2020年1月所收治的72例腰间盘突出患者进行治疗,通过随机数表分组方式分组为对照组(36例)和观察组(36例),对照组患者仅采用推拿治疗,观察组在前者基础上联用中药熏药,对比两组患者的疼痛评分和运动功能评分、整体护理有效率及病症恢复时间。结果在疼痛评分对比中,观察组低于对照组;在运动功能评分对比中,观察组高于对照组,差异显著(P<0.05);观察组护理有效率高于对照组,差异显著(P<0.05);观察组护理后的症状好转时间、持续用药时间以及住院时间低于对照组患者,差异显著(P<0.05)。结论对腰椎间盘突出患者给予中医推拿联合中药熏药治疗,较仅使用推拿治疗对比,患者的运动功能评分更高,可显著改善患者疼痛情况,患者在接受护理干预后,病症恢复时间、用药时间更短,由此体现其联合护理的有效性,值得广泛推广。

Objective To explore the effect of traditional Chinese massage combined with traditional Chinese medicine fumigation on the pain of lumbar disc herniation.Methods A total of 72 patients with lumbar disc herniation from January 2019 to January 2020 were selected for treatment.They were grouped into a control group(36 cases)and an observation group(36 cases)by a random number table.The control group was only treated with massage,and the observation group was combined with traditional Chinese medicine fumigation on the basis of the former,and the pain scores,motor function scores,overall care efficiency and recovery time of the two groups were compared.Results In the pain score comparison,the observation group was lower than the control group.In the motor function score comparison,the observation group was higher than the control group,the difference was significant(P<0.05).The observation group had a higher nursing efficiency than the control group,and the difference was significant(P<0.05).The time of symptom improvement,continuous medication time and hospital stay after nursing in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,the difference was significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The treatment of lumbar disc herniation with Chinese medicine combined with traditional Chinese medicine fumigation has a higher motor function score compared with only massage treatment,which can significantly improve the patient’s pain.After nursing intervention,the recovery time and medication time of patients are shorter,which reflects the effectiveness of combined nursing and is worthy of wide promotion.
