小剂量尿激酶联合阿司匹林、氯吡格雷对进展性脑卒中患者NIHSS评分及SS-QOL评分的影响

Effect of Low Dose Urokinase combined with Aspirin and Clopidogrel on NIHSS Score and Ss-qol Score in Patients with Progressive Stroke

目的分析小剂量尿激酶联合阿司匹林、氯吡格雷对进展性脑卒中患者神经功能及生活质量的影响。方法将我院2019年1月至2020年1月100例进展性脑卒中患者分为对照组与观察组,各50例。对照组给予阿司匹林与氯吡格雷联合治疗,观察组接受小剂量尿激酶与阿司匹林联合氯吡格雷治疗。评估患者的血清相关指标、血小板相关指标、临床疗效、神经功能缺损及生活质量情况。结果治疗后,对照组患者的血清相关指标均大幅超过观察组患者,两组差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);对照组患者的血小板相关指标均大幅超过观察组患者(P<0.05);对照组患者的NIHSS明显比观察组患者更高,SS-QOL评分则显著低于观察组患者(P<0.05)。观察组患者的治疗总有效率高达94.00%,大幅优于对照组患者的70.00%(P<0.05)。结论小剂量尿激酶联合阿司匹林、氯吡格雷治疗进展性脑卒中,能有效改善患者的血清与血小板相关指标,提高患者神经功能与生活质量。

Objective To analyze the effect of low-dose urokinase combined with aspirin and clopidogrel on neurological function and quality of life in patients with progressive stroke.Methods 100 patients with progressive stroke in our hospital from January 2019 to January 2020 were divided into control group and observation group,50 cases in each group.The control group was treated with aspirin and clopidogrel,and the observation group was treated with low-dose urokinase and aspirin combined with clopidogrel.Serum related indexes,platelet related indexes,clinical efficacy,neurological deficit and quality of life were evaluated.Results After treatment,the serum related indexes of the control group were significantly higher than those of the observation group,there was statistical significance(P<0.05).The platelet related indexes of the control group were significantly higher than those of the observation group(P<0.05);the NIHSS of the control group was significantly higher than that of the observation group,and the ss-qol score was significantly lower than that of the observation group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the observation group was as high as 94.00%,significantly better than 70.00%of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Low dose urokinase combined with aspirin and clopidogrel in the treatment of progressive stroke can effectively improve the related indexes of serum and platelet,and improve the neurological function and quality of life of patients.
