喉罩通气全身麻醉在腹腔镜胆结石切除中的应用分析

Application Analysis of General Anesthesia With Laryngeal Mask Ventilation in Treatment of Laparoscopic Gallstone Excision

目的探究腹腔镜胆结石切除中应用喉罩通气全身麻醉方式的有效性。方法选取2019年在我院接受腹腔镜胆结石切除的患者150例,基于麻醉方式差异平均划分两组,对其中75例患者实施气管插管全身麻醉,记作气管麻醉组,对剩余75例患者实施喉罩通气全身麻醉,记作通气麻醉组,观察与统计患者临床治疗结果。结果经过分析和对比,通气麻醉组患者在麻醉完成平均时间(4.53±1.06)min、起效平均时间(3.38±1.19)min、呼吸恢复平均时间(7.24±1.39)min、睁眼平均时间(9.91±2.34)min、拔管平均时间(19.32±2.60)min,多项数值均优于气管麻醉组,说明喉罩通气麻醉方式缩短患者呼吸恢复与睁眼和拔管等时间,效果更加显著,P<0.05;通气麻醉组患者不良反应出现有5例患者,占比6.7%,数值小于气管麻醉组12.0%,(出现9例不良反应),P<0.05,差异有统计学意义。结论喉罩通气全身麻醉应用在腹腔镜胆结石切除治疗中成效显著,可以缩短麻醉起效时间,帮助患者缩短自由呼吸恢复时间和睁眼时间等,对于患者认知功能的影响较小,便于患者手术之后恢复正常认知功能,在帮助患者减轻疼痛的同时减少对患者身体的伤害,值得在临床医学中大力使用和推广。

Objective To explore effectiveness of general anesthesia with laryngeal mask ventilation in laparoscopic gallstone resection.Methods The paper chose 150 patients with laparoscopic gallstone resection in our hospital during 2019,and divided them into two groups based on difference of anesthesia methods,with 75 patients in each group.Tracheal anesthesia group was treated with general anesthesia for tracheal intubation,and ventilation anesthesia group with general anesthesia with laryngeal mask ventilation.Clinical treatment effect was observed for statistics between two groups.Results After analysis and comparison,average time to complete anesthesia(4.53±1.06)min,average time of action onset(3.38±1.19)min,average breathing recovery time(7.24±1.39)min,average time of opening eyes(9.91±2.34)min and average time of extubation(19.32±2.60)min of ventilation anesthesia group was better than tracheal anesthesia group,indicating that laryngeal mask ventilation anesthesia method could shorten breathing recovery,time of eye opening and extubation of patients,with more significant effect.P<0.05;5 cases occurred adverse reactions in ventilation anesthesia group,accounting for 6.7%,less than 12.0%in tracheal anesthesia group(9 cases of adverse reactions occurred),P<0.05,difference was statistically significant.Conclusion General anesthesia with laryngeal mask ventilation has significant effect in treatment of laparoscopic gallstone resection,can shorten anesthesia onset time,recovery time of free breathing and open eyes,etc.,with little impact on cognitive function of patients,restore normal cognitive function of patients after operation,relieve pains and reduce harm to patients,which is worthy of vigorous applicaiton and promotion in clinical medicine.
