医疗纠纷处理与医疗风险分担机制研究进展分析

Research Progress Analysis on Medical Dispute Resolution and Medical Risk Sharing Mechanism

随着社会经济的发展,医疗水平也在不断进步着,在医学技术突飞猛进发展的今天,在医疗水平和医疗服务方面也得到了越来越多的关注,人们希望在治病的同时得到优质的护理。而医院每日患者流动量较大,病情种类较多且部分疾病治疗复杂,医护人员有限,不可避免的会出现差错,加上患者及家属由于紧张、不安常产生焦躁的情绪,一旦双方沟通不畅、医疗差错或者医疗事故,时有发生医疗纠纷事件。基于此,有必要建立医疗风险分担机制,减少医疗纠纷事件。本文简短介绍了医疗纠纷的内涵,主要分析医疗纠纷发生的原因以及预防医疗纠纷的措施,探讨对于医疗风险分担机制的展望,现做如下综述。

With development of society and economy,medical treatment level has been improving continously.Today,with rapid development of medical technology,more attention has been paid to level of medical treatment and medical services.People hope to receive quality nursing while treating diseases.However,hospitals have large daily flow of patients,with many types of diseases,complicated treatment of some diseases,limited medical staff,it is inevitable to have errors.In addition,patients and their families may have anxious feelings due to tension and anxiety.Medical disputes,medical errors,or medical accidents may occur for not smooth communication between two sides.On the basis,it is necessary to establish medical risk sharing mechanism to reduce medical disputes.The article introduces connotation of medical disputes briefly,analyzes causes of medical disputes and measures to prevent medical disputes,and discusses prospects of medical risk sharing mechanism,with summary as following.
