子宫肌瘤手术患者实施优质护理的观察

High-Quality Nursing Observation of Uterine Fibroids Surgery Patients

目的对于子宫肌瘤手术患者护理工作中应用优质护理的临床效果进行探讨。方法选取2017年5月至2019年10月接诊的子宫肌瘤手术患者80例作为本文观察对象,随机分成2组,对照组40例患者给予临床常规护理服务,研究组40例患者给予优质护理服务,对比两组子宫肌瘤手术患者接受不同护理服务之后的住院时间和临床护理满意度情况。结果研究组与对照组子宫肌瘤手术患者接受各自护理措施之后的住院时间对比差异明显有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组子宫肌瘤手术患者对于临床护理工作满意度比较具有显著统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论为子宫肌瘤手术患者提供优质护理服务,能够加快子宫肌瘤手术患者的康复速度,提升临床护理满意度,应该给予大力的推广与应用。

Objective To discuss clinical effect of high-quality nursing in nursing of uterine fibroids surgery patients.Methods The paper chose 80 patients with uterine fibroids surgery from May 2017 to October 2019 as observation objects,and divided them into two groups randomly.40 cases in control group were treated with clinical routine nursing services,and 40 cases in study group with high-quality nursing.Length of stay and clinical nursing satisfaction degree between two groups of uterine fibroids surgery patients was compared after different nursing services.Results Length of stay had significant difference between study group and control group after respective nursing measures;satisfaction degree showed significant difference during clinical nursing work between two groups of uterine fibroids surgery patients.Conclusion High-quality nursing services can speed up recovery and improve clinical nursing satisfaction of patients with uterine fibroids surgery,which should be promoted and applied greatly.
