3D打印技术辅助经椎弓根椎体截骨术治疗脊柱后凸畸形的临床价值 被引量:1

摘要 目的探索分析在经椎弓根椎体截骨术治疗脊柱后凸畸形中采用3D打印技术的临床价值。方法12例脊柱后凸畸形患者收治于2016年6月至2019年7月,均行3D打印技术辅助颈椎弓根椎体截骨术治疗,随访治疗结果。结果12例患者术中均未发生血管损伤、术后无感染;手术用时平均(68.1±5.2)min,出血量平均(70.3±12.4)mL。术中共置入140枚椎弓根钉,准确置入130枚、置钉准确率92.9%;随访期并未见患者有螺钉松动或断裂的问题。且随访术后1周、6个月可见,患者脊柱后凸Cobb角较术前有显著改善(P<0.05)。结论在3D打印技术的辅助下,脊柱后凸畸形患者经椎弓根椎体截骨术治疗手术创伤小、置钉成功率高,脊柱后凸畸形改善程度好。 Objective To explore and analyze clinical value of 3D printing technology in treatment of kyphosis by transpedicular vertebral osteotomy.Methods The paper chose 12 patients with kyphosis from June 2016 to July 2019,with 3D printing technology-assisted cervical pedicle osteotomy,and follow-up treatment.Results No vascular injury occurred among 12 patients during operation and no infection after operation;average operation time was(68.1±5.2)min,average blood loss was(70.3±12.4)ml.A total of 140 pedicle screws were inserted during operation,130 of which were inserted accurately,and with accuracy rate of screw placement of 92.9%.During follow-up period,there were no problems with screw loosening or breakage.And after follow-up 1 week and 6 months after operation,kyphosis cobb angle of patient was significantly better than before operation(P<0.05).Conclusion With aid of 3D printing technology,pedicle vertebral osteotomy has less surgical trauma,higher success rate of nail placement,and better improvement for kyphotic deformity patients.
