中国自古就有"带个香草袋,不怕五虫害"的说法。香囊在我国已经历史悠久沿用千年,早在商周时期就有佩戴香囊的记载。佩戴香囊也是我国传统节日端午节的习俗之一,传说有避邪驱瘟之意。如今在卫健委的领导下,在我们国家的支持下,大力宣传发展中医药,我们国家对百姓自身健康也逐步加以重视,香囊也因此又逐步重新出现在了现代人的视线里。当今社会,我国中医方面主张治未病,意思是将疾病能够有效的防范于未然。在上世纪的末期,预防为主的医疗渐渐让现在的老百姓所接受,在党的领导下随着百姓们物质及生活的提高,大家的对于健康的理念发生了改变。预防为主渐渐深入老百姓的心中,并且香囊携带方便安全等等的优点,也逐步成为了人民大众养生法宝之一。

Since ancient times,there has been saying that"bring a vanilla bag and not be afraid of five pests"in China.Sachets have been used for a long time in our country for thousands of years,and there were records of wearing sachets as early as the Shang and Zhou Dynasties.Wearing sachets is also one of customs of Dragon Boat Festival,a traditional festival in my country.Legends says that it has meaning of avoiding evil and driving away plague.Nowadays,under leadership of the National Health Commission and support of our country,it is necessary to propagate development of Chinese medicine vigorously,and the government has gradually paid attention to people’s health,and sachets have gradually reappeared in sight of modern people.In today’s society,traditional Chinese medicine advocates treatment of disease before it appears,which means disease can be prevented effectively.In end of last century,prevention-oriented medical treatment was gradually accepted by ordinary people.Under leadership of the Party,with improvement of people’s material and life,health concept of people has changed.Prevention-oriented approach has gradually penetrated into hearts of people,sachets have gradually become one of magic weapons of people with advantages of being convenient and safe carrying.
