脾胃虚弱证腹泻型肠易激综合征患者接受温针灸治疗的效果

Effect of Warm Acupuncture on Diarrhea-Type Irritable Bowel Syndrome Patients With Weak Spleen And Stomach

目的探究脾胃虚弱证腹泻型肠易激综合征患者接受温针灸治疗的效果。方法将2019年6月至2020年5月收治的脾胃虚弱证腹泻型肠易激综合征病患88例,按其就诊时间先后分为参照组44例行常规针刺治疗,实验组44例行温针灸治疗。观察对比两组症状积分改善情况及总体疗效。结果实验组病患经治疗后腹部不适、大便次数、大便黏液、大便性质和排便不尽等症状积分均显著低于参照组;总体疗效97.73%明显高于参照组的81.82%,组间差异均具显著性义(P<0.05)。结论对脾胃虚弱证腹泻型肠易激综合征行温针灸治疗疗效确切,更有利于改善病患临床症状,促进其病情康复,提升总体疗效,具有大量推广应用的高度价值。

Objective To explore effect of warm acupuncture on diarrhea-type irritable bowel syndrome patients with weak spleen and stomach.Methods The paper chose 88 diarrhea-type irritable bowel syndrome patients with spleen and stomach weakness syndrome from June 2019 to May 2020,and divided them into reference group 44 cases treated with routine acupuncture and experimental group 44 cases with warm acupuncture according to visit time.Improvement of symptom scores and overall effect of two groups were observed and compared.Results Symptoms scores of abdominal discomfort,stool frequency,stool mucus,stool nature,and incomplete defecation in experimental group after treatment were lower than reference group significantly;overall curative effect was 97.73%significantly higher than 81.82%of reference group,difference showed significant meaning between groups(P<0.05).Conclusion Warming acupuncture has definite curative effect for diarrhea-type irritable bowel syndrome with weak spleen and stomach,can improve clinical symptoms of patients,promote their recovery,and enhance overall curative effect,which has high value of promotion and application.
