凉血化斑汤治疗结节性血管炎对患者不良症状的改善效果

Effect Of Cooling Blood and Removing Spots Decoction in Treatment of Adverse Symptoms of Nodular Vasculitis Patients

目的探讨凉血化斑汤治疗结节性血管炎对患者不良症状的改善效果。方法择取结节性血管炎患者68例于本院收疗(2019年5月至2020年3月),据数字表法分两组,为对照组(34例)与研究组(34例),对照组以激素实施治疗,研究组以凉血化癍汤实施治疗,比较两组治疗总有效率,治疗前后的生活质量以及负性情绪情况。结果对照组、研究组患者治疗总有效率分别为79.41%、100.00%,对比差异具有显著性(P<0.05);治疗前,两组患者生活质量评分,对比不显著(P>0.05);治疗后,研究组显著高于对照组,对比差异具有显著性(P<0.05);治疗前,对比两组抑郁评分、焦虑评分,差异性不存在(P<0.05);治疗后,相比对照组,研究组均呈较低表达,差异性存在(P<0.05)。结论凉血化斑汤治疗结节性血管炎对患者不良症状的改善效果十分显著。

Objective To explore effect of cooling blood and removing spots decoction in treatment of nodular vasculitis for adverse symptoms of patients.Methods The paper chose 68 patients with nodular vasculitis admitted to the hospital from May 2019 to March 2020,and divided them into two groups according to digital table method,control group(34 cases)and study group(34 cases).Control group was treated with hormones,and study group with cooling blood and removing spots decoction.Total effective rate of treatment,life quality before and after treatment,and negative emotions was compared between two groups.Results Total effective rate of control group and study group was 79.41%and 100.00%respectively,with significant difference(P<0.05);before treatment,life quality scores of two groups were not significant(P>0.05);After treatment,those of study group were significantly higher than control group,with significant difference,(P<0.05);before treatment,depression and anxiety scores comparison between two groups showed no difference(P<0.05);after treatment,expression in study group was lower than control group,with significant difference,(P<0.05).Conclusion Cooling blood and removing spots decoction can achieve significant effect for nodular vasculitis,and improve adverse symptoms of patients.
