标准化护理策略在急性缺血性脑卒中机械取栓绿色通道中的应用

Application of Standardized Nursing Strategy in Green Channel of Mechanical Thrombus Removal in Acute Ischemic Stroke

目的对标准化护理策略在急性缺血性脑卒中机械取栓绿色通道中应用加以研究。方法选取我院2018年4月至2019年4月急性缺血性脑卒中行动脉取栓患者患者60例,利用随机数字表法,将所选对象随机分为观察和对照两组,每组各30例。观察组实施标准化护理策略,而对照组则实施常规护理策略,评价不同护理策略的应用效果。结果两组患者急救反应时间中,观察组患者在血液重建时间、动脉穿刺时间及动脉溶栓时间均比对照组短,并且观察组患者满意度显著优于对照组,观察组护理质量中物品准备、病情观察、患者准备及基本护理四项的合格率均较对照组高,差异具有统计学意义。结论标准化护理策略在急性缺血性脑卒中机械取栓绿色通道中具有显著作用,在临床中具有一定推广性意义。

Objective To study application of standardized nursing strategies in green channel of mechanical thrombus removal in acute ischemic stroke.Methods The paper chose 60 patients with acute ischemic stroke in our hospital with arterial thrombus removal from April 2018 to April 2019,divided them into observation and control two groups randomly with random number table method,with 30 cases in each group.Observation group was treated with standardized nursing strategies,while control group with routine nursing strategies.Application effect of different nursing strategies was evaluated.Results For emergency response time of two groups,blood reconstruction time,arterial puncture time and arterial thrombolysis time of observation group was shorter than control group,satisfaction degree of observation group was significantly better than control group.Qualification rates of four items,condition observation,patient preparation and basic care were all higher than control group,difference was statistically significant.Conclusion Standardized nursing strategy plays significant role in green channel of mechanical thrombus removal in acute ischemic stroke,has some certain promotion significance in clinical practice.
