探讨全程无缝隙护理模式用于手术室的效果

Discuss Effect of Whole-Course Seamless Nursing Mode in Operating Room Nursing

目的分析探讨全程无缝隙护理模式用于手术室护理中的应用效果。方法选取本院2017年3月至2018年3月诊治80例手术室患者开展本次试验研究,将所有患者随机均分为参照组40例和研究组40例,分别给予常规护理和全程无缝隙护理,比较两组护理效果。结果与参照组的收缩压、舒张压、心率和皮质醇相比,研究组均明显偏低(P<0.05);与参照组护理满意度相比,研究组明显偏高(P<0.05);与参照组护理风险事件发生率和护理差错事件发生率相比,研究组均明显偏低(P<0.05)。结论在手术室护理中实施全程无缝隙护理模式有助于降低患者应激反应,有助于提升护理质量,降低护理风险事件和护理差错事件发生的概率,具有推广价值。

Objective To analyze and explore application effect of whole-process seamless nursing model in operating room nursing.Methods The paper chose 80 patients in operating room from March 2017 to March 2018 for experimental study,and divided them into reference group 40 cases and study group 40 cases,treated with routine nursing and whole-process seamless nursing.Nursing effect was compared between two groups.Results Systolic blood pressure,diastolic blood pressure,heart rate and cortisol of study group was significantly lower than reference group,(P<0.05);nursing satisfaction of study group was significantly higher(P<0.05);incidence of nursing risk events and nursing error events of study group was significantly lower than of reference group,(P<0.05).Conclusion Whole-process seamless nursing model in operating room nursing can reduce stress response of patients,improve nursing quality,and reduce incidence of nursing risk events and nursing errors,which has promotion value.
