摘要
目的研究品管圈活动对体检中心护理质量控制的成效。方法选取2018年12月至2019年12月医院体检中心接收的体检者120例,根据住院时间将其划分成对照组与实验组,各60例。其中,对照组选择常规护理模式,观察组采取的是品管圈活动。比较两组体检者对护理服务的满意度情况。结果观察组的治疗满意度是96.67%,明显地超过对照组的73.33%(P<0.05),组间差异存在统计学优势。结论在体检中心护理管理中,开展品管圈活动能够使体检者的满意度得到提升,在护理质量控制中取得了理想的成效。
Objective To study effectiveness of quality control circle activities on nursing quality control in medical examination center.Methods The paper chose 120 medical examiners received in hospital medical examination center from December 2018 to December 2019,and divided them into control group and experimental group according to length of stay,with 60 cases in each group.Among them,control group was treated with routine nursing mode,and observation group with quality control circle activities.Nursing services satisfaction was compared between two groups.Results Treatment satisfaction of observation group was 96.67%,which was significantly higher than 73.33%of control group(P<0.05).Difference showed no statistical significance between groups.Conclusion Quality control circle activities can improve satisfaction degree of physical examiners,and achieve ideal effect in nursing quality control and management of physical examination center.
