强光疗联合白蛋白治疗重度新生儿黄疸疗效及预后观察性研究

Study the Treatment Effects and Prognosis of Intensive Phototherapy Plus Albumin in Severe Neonatal Jaundice

目的研究强光疗联合白蛋白治疗重度新生儿黄疸的疗效,分析预后效果。方法按随机数字表法将2020.5-2020.11我院收治的60例重度黄疸新生儿分为两组各30例。对照组患儿采用单纯强光疗治疗;观察组患儿在上述基础上加用白蛋白治疗。观察两组患儿治疗效果、胆红素水平、治疗相关时间以及不良反应情况。结果治疗总有效率观察组高于对照组,P<0.05。治疗前两组患儿TBIL、DBIL以及IBIL水平无差异,P>0.05;治疗后上述指标水平观察组低于对照组,P<0.05。观察组光疗时间、黄疸持续时间以及住院时间明显短于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患儿不良反应发生率对比无差异,P>0.05。结论强光疗联合白蛋白治疗重度新生儿黄疸效果显著,能明显改善患儿胆红素水平,缩短光疗时间和住院时间,不良反应较少,值得临床应用及推广。

Objective To analyze the treatment effects and prognosis of intensive phototherapy plus albumin in severe neonatal jaundice.Methods 60 neonates with severe jaundice treated from May 2020 to November 2020 in our hospital were selected as research subjects.According to random number table,these neonates were divided into two groups,30 cases in each group.The control group just took the intensive phototherapy;the observation group took the intensive phototherapy and albumin.Treatment effects,bilirubin levels,therapy time and adverse reactions were observed.Results Total effective treatment rate in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,with statistically significant difference (P<0.05).Before treatment,total bilirubin (TBIL),direct bilirubin (DBIL) and indirect bilirubin (IBIL) levels between groups were not significantly different (P>0.05).After treatment,related values in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,with statistically significant difference (P<0.05).The therapy time,duration of jaundice and hospital stays in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group,with statistically significant difference (P<0.05).The adverse event rate between groups was not significantly different (P>0.05).Conclusion The intensive phototherapy combined with albumin has obvious effects on treatment of severe neonatal jaundice,which can remarkably improve the bilirubin levels,and reduce the therapy time and hospital stays.It is worthy of clinical application and promotion.
