肝动脉化疗栓塞联合精确放疗治疗原发性肝癌患者的临床疗效观察

Clinical Observation of Transcatheter Arterial Chemoembolization Combined with Precise Radiotherapy in the Treatment of Primary Liver Cancer

目的探析肝动脉化疗栓塞(TACE)联合精确放疗治疗原发性肝癌的临床疗效。方法回顾性分析2018年3月至2020年3月就诊的30例原发性肝癌患者的治疗情况,根据患者意愿及病情确定不同治疗方案,对照组(13例)行单纯TACE,观察组(17例)行TACE联合精确放疗。比较两组临床疗效(近期、远期)及安全性指标情况。结果观察组的近期有效率(76.47%),明显高于对照组(38.46%)(P<0.05);治疗后6个月两组远期生存率无统计学差异(P>0.05);治疗9个月、12个月,观察组的远期预后生存率均明显高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组与对照组各不良反应率无统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论 TACE联合精确放疗治疗原发性肝癌临床疗效确切,可有效改善近期疗效及远期生存率,值得临床推广。

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of transcatheter arterial chemoembolization (TACE) combined with precise radiotherapy in the treatment of primary liver cancer.Methods Thirty patients with primary liver cancer from March 2018 to March 2020 were retrospectively analyzed.According to the patients' wishes and conditions,different treatment schemes were determined.The control group (13 cases) received TACE alone,while the observation group (17 cases) received TACE combined with precise radiotherapy.The clinical efficacy (short-term and long-term) and safety indexes of the two groups were compared.Results The short-term effective rate of the observation group (76.47%) was significantly higher than that of the control group (38.46%) (P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the long-term survival rate between the two groups after 6 months of treatment (P>0.05).The long-term survival rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group after 9 and 12 months of treatment (P<0.05).The adverse reaction rates of the observation group and the control group had no statistical difference (P>0.05).Conclusion TACE combined with precise radiotherapy is effective in the treatment of primary liver cancer,which can effectively improve the short-term efficacy and long-term survival rate,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
