硝苯地平联合美托洛尔用于社区高血压患者治疗的价值分析

Value Analysis of Nifedipine combined with Metoprolol in the Treatment of Hypertensive Patients in Community

目的探讨硝苯地平联合美托洛尔用于社区高血压患者治疗的价值分析。方法选取2018年2月至2020年2月于社区就诊的98例患者作为研究对象,随机分为研究组和对照组各49例。对照组给予硝苯地平治疗,研究组给予硝苯地平联合美托洛尔治疗。观察分析两组治疗效果、血压变化情况及不良反应发生率等。结果治疗后,研究组患者收缩压以及舒张压改善情况明显优于对照组(P<0.05);研究组治疗疗效优于对照组(P<0.05);研究组不良反应发生率明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论应用硝苯地平联合美托洛尔对社区高血压患者进行治疗能有效增强治疗疗效,并能对血压水平进行有效控制,维持患者心率稳定,同时还能有效降低多种不良反应发生率。

Objective To explore the value of nifedipine combined with metoprolol in the treatment of community hypertension patients Analysis.Methods 98 patients who received medical treatment in the community from February 2018 to February 2020 were selected as study subjects and randomly divided into study group and control group,with 49 patients in each group.The control group was treated with nifedipine while the study group was treated with nifedipine combined with metoprolol.The therapeutic effect,changes in blood pressure and incidence of adverse reactions in the two groups were observed and analyzed.Results After treatment,the improvement of systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure in the study group was significantly better than that in the control group (P<0.05).The therapeutic effect of the study group was better than that of the control group (P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the study group was significantly lower than that in the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion The application of nifedipine combined with metoprolol in the treatment of community hypertension patients can effectively enhance the therapeutic effect,and can effectively control the blood pressure level,maintain the stable heart rate of patients,but also can effectively reduce the incidence of multiple adverse reactions.
