哌拉西林钠舒巴坦钠联合乳酸左氧氟沙星治疗老年性肺炎合并COPD的疗效及对肺功能、安全性影响

Efficacy of Piperacillin Sodium and Sulbactam Sodium combined with Levofloxacin Lactate in the Treatment of Senile Pneumonia Complicated with COPD and its Effect on Lung Function and Safety

目的分析哌拉西林钠舒巴坦钠联合乳酸左氧氟沙星治疗老年性肺炎合并COPD的疗效及对肺功能、安全性影响。方法将我院收治65例老年性肺炎合并慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)患者纳入研究,时间为2017年6月至2020年5月,按照治疗方案的不同,将33例采用乳酸左氧氟沙星治疗的患者列入单一组,将另外32例采用哌拉西林钠舒巴坦钠联合乳酸左氧氟沙星治疗的患者列入研究组,并对比两组的CURB-65评分、不良反应发生情况以及最大呼气流量(PEF)、第1秒用力呼气量(FEV_(1))、用力肺活量(FVC)。结果治疗后单一组的CURB-65评分和不良反应发生率较研究组高,而PEF、FEV_(1)、FVC三项肺功能指标较研究组低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在针对老年性肺炎合并COPD患者的临床治疗中,采用哌拉西林钠舒巴坦钠联合乳酸左氧氟沙星的治疗方式能够显著提高疗效,促进肺功能恢复并降低发生不良反应的可能性。

Objective To analyze the efficacy of piperacillin sodium and sulbactam sodium combined with levofloxacin lactate in the treatment of senile pneumonia complicated with COPD and its effect on lung function and safety.Methods 65 patients with senile pneumonia combined with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) in our hospital were included in the study,from June 2017 to May 2020.According to different treatment plans,33 patients were treated with levofloxacin lactate Of patients were included in a single group,and another 32 patients treated with piperacillin sodium and sulbactam sodium combined with levofloxacin lactate were included in the study group,and the CURB-65 scores,occurrence of adverse reactions,and maximum expiratory flow were compared between the two groups (PEF),forced expiratory volume in the first second (FEV_(1)),forced vital capacity (FVC).Results After treatment,the CURB-65 score and the incidence of adverse reactions of the single group were higher than those of the study group,while the three lung function indexes of PEF,FEV_(1) and FVC were lower than those of the study group,and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion In the clinical treatment of patients with senile pneumonia and COPD,the treatment of piperacillin sodium and sulbactam sodium combined with levofloxacin lactate can significantly improve the efficacy,promote the recovery of lung function and reduce the possibility of adverse reactions.
