人本化理念对高职教育中的医学生理学管理的应用分析

摘要 随着社会的不断进步,我国对教育事业愈发注重。高职教育因为能帮助社会培养技能型人才从而在我国教育中占有很大地位。高职教育中一个重要的管理理念就是以人为本进行管理的人本化理念。高职院校在教育管理中还存有一定问题,加入人本化理念后,能有效提高学生的教育质量,为社会人才提供了保障,因此,高职院校教育管理加入人本化理念十分必要。本文根据人本化理念对高职教育管理的实际效果,与目前高职学校存在的教育问题相结合进行了探究,以此使高职院校的教育管理得到有效改善,进而提升教学效率。 With the continuous progress of society,China pays more and more attention to education.Higher vocational education plays an important role in China's education because it can help the society to cultivate skilled talents.An important management concept in higher vocational education is the people-oriented management concept.There are still some problems in the education management of higher vocational colleges.After the humanistic concept is added,the education quality of students can be effectively improved,which provides a guarantee for social talents.Therefore,it is necessary to join the humanistic concept in the education management of higher vocational colleges.In this paper,according to the actual effect of the humanistic concept of higher vocational education management,combined with the existing education problems in higher vocational schools,this paper makes an effective improvement in the education management of higher vocational colleges,and then improves the teaching efficiency.
