温针灸对子宫内膜厚度及妊娠结局的影响

Effect of Warming Acupuncture on Endometrial Thickness and Pregnancy Outcome

目的分析温针灸对子宫内膜厚度及妊娠结局的影响。方法选取本院2017年1月至2018年1月诊治的60例不孕患者开展本次试验研究,60例患者的子宫内膜厚度均<7mm,将所有患者随机均分为对照组30例和观察组30例。对照组给予补佳乐治疗,观察组给予温针灸治疗,比较两组临床疗效。结果治疗前两组的子宫内膜厚度基本一致(P>0.05),治疗后观察组的子宫内膜厚度和宫内膜厚度治疗前后增幅均稍高于对照组但组间差异不明显(P>0.05);治疗前两组的血流阻力指数(RI)和内膜下血流搏动指数(PI)均基本一致(P>0.05),治疗后观察组的RI和PI均明显低于对照组(P<0.05);对照组有3例血HCG检验结果为阳性,有27例检验结果为阴性;观察组有10例血HCG检验结果为阳性,有20例检验结果为阴性,与对照组妊娠率相比,观察组明显偏高(P<0.05)。结论给予薄型子宫内膜不孕症患者温针灸治疗可以在一定程度上促使患者子宫内膜厚度增加,可以有效改善患者的子宫内膜受容性和妊娠结局,具有推广价值。

Objective To analyze the effect of warm acupuncture on endometrial thickness and pregnancy outcome.Methods The endometrial thickness of 60 infertile patients from January 2017 to January 2018 was<7 mm,and all patients were randomly divided into control group 30 cases and observation group 30 cases.The control group was treated with Bujiale,the observation group was treated with warm acupuncture moxibustion,and the clinical efficacy of the two groups was compared.Results Before treatment,the endometrial thickness of the two groups was basically the same (P>0.05).After treatment,the endometrial thickness and endometrial thickness of the observation group were slightly higher than those of the control group,but the difference between the two groups was not significant (P>0.05).Before treatment,RI and Pi of the two groups were basically the same (P>0.05).After treatment,RI and Pi of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group (P<0.05).In the control group,3 cases of blood HCG test results were positive,27 cases of test results were negative;in the observation group,10 cases of blood HCG test results were positive,20 cases of test results were negative,compared with the control group,the pregnancy rate of the observation group was significantly higher (P<0.05).Conclusion Given the thin endometrium infertility patients warm acupuncture treatment can promote the endometrial thickness of patients to a certain extent,can effectively improve the endometrial receptivity and pregnancy outcome of patients,has the promotion value.
