探究与分析西药临床合理用药的安全性及应对措施

Explore and Analyze the Safety and Countermeasures of the Clinical Rational use of Western Medicine

目的探讨西药临床合理用药的安全性,并提出相应的策略。方法抽取本院于2019年6月至2020年6月药剂科收集的实施安全管理以及应对措施实施前的西药处方254张作为对照组,实施安全管理以及应对措施实施后的西药处方254张作为观察组,研究比对两组处方的用药不合理情况、满意度及安全性等。结果(1)508张西药处方的用药不合理情况对比:508张西药处方中,用药不合理处方共有72张,约占14.17%。与对照组相比,观察组处方中滥用抗生素、联合用药不合理、重复用药、剂量不合理等不合理情况更少(P<0.05)。(2)508例患者的治疗满意度与用药风险事件对比:观察组患者的治疗满意度为96.85%,对照组患者的治疗满意度为92.91%;观察组患者的用药风险事件发生率为0.39%,对照组患者的用药风险事件发生率为2.76%,与对照组相比,观察组患者实施安全管理以及应对措施实施后的满意度更高,用药风险事件发生率更低(P<0.05)。结论西药临床用药不合理问题较为普遍,需对西药的使用进行有效、合理的管理,提高西药治疗的安全性。

Objective To explore the safety of rational use of Western medicine in clinic,and put forward the corresponding strategy.Methods A sample of 254 Western medicine prescriptions collected by the Department of Pharmacy from June 2019 to June 2020 before the implementation of safety management and response measures was taken as a control group,and 254 western medicine prescriptions after the implementation of safety management and response measures were taken as the observation group.The irrational situation,satisfaction and safety of the two groups of prescriptions were compared.Results(1)Comparison of irrational use of 508 western medicine prescriptions:there were 72 irrational prescriptions in 508 western medicine prescriptions,accounting for 14.17%.Compared with the control group,there were less irrational cases in the observation group,such as the abuse of antibiotics,irrational combination of drugs,repeated use of drugs,and unreasonable dosage(P<0.05).(2)Comparison of treatment satisfaction and medication risk events of 508 patients:the treatment satisfaction of patients in the observation group was 96.85%,and that of the control group was 92.91%;the incidence of medication risk events in the observation group was 0.39%,and the incidence of medication risk events in the control group was 2.76%.Compared with the control group,the observation group patients implemented safety management and countermeasures The satisfaction degree was higher and the incidence of medication risk events was lower(P<0.05).Conclusion Irrational use of Western medicine is a common problem.It is necessary to carry out effective and reasonable management of the use of Western medicine to improve the safety of Western medicine treatment.
