摘要
目的阐述目前有关基质血管组分(Stromal Vascular Fraction,SVF)促进膝骨关节炎(Knee Osteoarthritis,KOA)软骨修复的研究进展,为临床进一步研究提供参考。方法检索Pubmed、中国知网、万方数据库,收集有关SVF治疗KOA的文献并进行归纳、分析和总结。结果SVF治疗KOA的临床前模型主要是手术诱发模型、原发型KOA模型和胶原酶关节内注射诱导KOA模型,研究均显示SVF具有软骨修复和愈合作用。临床研究表明SVF关节内注射能减缓KOA症状,缓解疼痛并减少并发症发生。SVF作用机制主要是关于抗炎、血管再生、免疫调节、软骨再生方面,但文章数量较少且质量不高。结论现有的文献主要是临床前研究和临床研究,关于SVF治疗KOA的作用机制研究尚浅,有必要对SVF治疗KOA进行进一步的探索和研究,充分发掘其潜力。
Objective To evaluate the research progress on Stromal Vascular Fraction(SVF)promoting Knee Osteoarthritis(KOA)cartilage repair,so as to provide a reference for further clinical research.Methods Pubmed,CNKI and Wanfang database were searched,and literature on SVF treatment for KOA was collected for induction,analysis and summary.Results The preclinical models of SVF in the treatment of KOA were mainly the surgery induced model,the original KOA model and the collagenase intraarticular injection induced KOA model.Studies all showed that SVF had the effect of cartilage repair and healing.Clinical studies have shown that SVF intra-articular injection can relieve KOA symptoms,relieve pain,and reduce complications.The mechanism of ACTION of SVF is mainly about antiinflammatory,angiogenesis,immune regulation and cartilage regeneration,but the number of articles is few and the quality is not high.Conclusion The existing literature mainly focuses on pre-clinical studies and clinical studies,and the study on the mechanism of ACTION of SVF in the treatment of KOA is still superficial.It is necessary to further explore and study SVF in the treatment of KOA,so as to fully explore its potential.
