全自动洗胃机结合优质护理干预在急诊中毒患者救治中的效果分析

Analysis of the Effect of Automatic Gastric Lavage Machine Combined with High Quality Nursing Intervention in the Treatment of Emergency Poisoning Patients

目的分析全自动洗胃机联合优质护理在急诊中毒患者救治中的应用效果。方法选取2019年3月至2020年5月我院接受治疗的中毒患者中选出200例为研究对象,将患者分为两组。观察组100例,男:女=44:56;年龄21~67岁,平均(45.48±10.15)岁;对照组100例,男:女=46:54;年龄20~65岁,平均(45.26±10.34)岁。两组患者都接受全自动洗胃机洗胃,对照组予以常规护理,观察组实施优质护理。比较临床指标、不良反应及护理满意度。结果观察组患者洗胃液残留量低于对照组,洗胃、症状缓解时间以及住院天数均短于对照组(P<0.05);观察组不良反应发生率低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组护理满意度高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论在急诊中毒患者接受全自动洗胃机治疗期间进行优质护理,可提高整体治疗效果,患者满意度高。

Objective To analyze the application effect of automatic gastric lavage machine combined with high-quality nursing in emergency treatment of poisoning patients.Methods From March 2019 to May 2020,200 cases of poisoning patients who were treated in our hospital were selected as the research objects and the patients were divided into two groups.There were 100 cases in the observation group,male:female=44:56.Age 21~67 years old,average(45.48±10.15)years old.There were 100 cases in the control group,male:female=46:54.The age was 20~65 years,with an average of(45.26±10.34)years old.Both groups of patients received gastric lavage with a fully automatic gastric lavage machine,the control group received routine care,and the observation group received high-quality care.Compare clinical indicators,adverse reactions and nursing satisfaction.Results The residual amount of gastric lavage fluid in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,the time of gastric lavage,symptom relief and hospitalization days were shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion High quality nursing during the treatment of emergency poisoning patients with automatic gastric lavage machine can improve the overall treatment effect,with high patient satisfaction.
