血清TGAb及TPOAb检测在甲状腺疾病诊断中的临床价值

The Clinical Value of Serum TGAb and TPOAb in the Diagnosis of Thyroid Diseases

目的研究血清抗甲状腺球蛋白抗体(anti-thyroglobulin antibodies,TGAb)及抗甲状腺过氧化物酶抗体(antithyroid peroxidase autoantibody,TPOAb)检测在甲状腺疾病诊断中的临床应用价值。方法选取我院于2019年4月至2020年4月收治的120例甲状腺疾病患者作为观察组,根据具体的疾病类型将其分为三组,分别是甲亢组(n=40)、甲减组(n=40)、甲状腺肿组(n=40),并选取同期于我院接受健康检查的40例健康体检者作为对照组。所有研究对象均接受血清TGAb及TPOAb检测,对比四组的血清TGAb及TPOAb检测结果。结果从总体上来看,观察组的血清TGAb、TPOAb检测结果均显著高于对照组;具体来看,甲亢组的血清TGAb及TPOAb检测水平高于甲减组和甲状腺肿组,且甲减组高于甲状腺肿组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在甲状腺疾病的临床诊断中,运用血清TGAb及TPOAb检测更有利于科学准确诊断疾病,并且,对于甲状腺疾病的鉴别、诊断、治疗均有非常重要的临床意义,尤其是TPOAb的临床诊断价值更高,故值得进一步推广和应用。

Objective To study the clinical application value of serum anti-thyroglobulin antibodies(TGAb)and antithyroid peroxidase autoantibody(TPOAb)in the diagnosis of thyroid diseases.Methods A total of 120 patients with thyroid diseases admitted to our hospital from April 2019 to April 2020 were selected as the observation group,which were divided into three groups according to specific disease types,namely,the hyperthyroidism group(n=40),the hypothyroidism group(n=40)and the goiter group(n=40),and 40 healthy people who received health examination in our hospital during the same period were selected as the control group.All study subjects received serum TGAb and TPOAb tests,and the serum TGAb and TPOAb test results of the four groups were compared.Results On the whole,the serum TGAb and TPOAb test results of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group;specifically,the serum TGAb and TPOAb test levels of the hyperthyroidism group were higher than those of the hypothyroidism group and goiter group,and those of the hypothyroidism group were higher than those of the control group.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In the clinical diagnosis of thyroid diseases,serum TGAb and TPOAb detection is more conducive to scientific and accurate diagnosis of diseases,and has the clinical significance for the identification,diagnosis,and treatment of thyroid diseases,especially the clinical diagnostic value of TPOAb.It is worthy of further promotion and application.
