探讨文理分科对康复治疗学专业本科生学习成绩的影响 被引量:2

摘要 目的探讨文理分科对康复治疗学专业本科生学习成绩的影响。方法对湘南学院康复学院187名2015级、2016级和2017级康复治疗学专业本科大学生进行基本信息采集,并收集本专业开设的西医临床基础课程和本专业基础及专业课程共27门课程的期末总成绩。结果理科生的运动学、运动疗法技术学、生物化学、生理学、组织学与胚胎学、免疫学基础、系统解剖学、儿科学学习成绩略高于文科生,而文科生则在理疗学、医学微生物学和医学影像学中的成绩略高,但却未见明显差异(P>0.05),其余16门课程的学习成绩文科和理科生非常接近亦无统计学差异。结论文理分科对康复治疗学大学生的学习成绩无明显影响,但仍需多中心更大样本的研究论证。 Objective To explore the influence of liberal arts and science on the academic performance of undergraduates majoring in rehabilitation therapy.Methods Basic information collection was conducted for 187 undergraduate students majoring in rehabilitation therapy of 2015,2016 and 2017 in Rehabilitation College of Xiangnan University.In addition,the final scores of 27 courses of clinical foundation of western medicine and professional courses of rehabilitation therapy major were collected.Results The academic performance of science students in kinematics,kinesiotherapy,biochemistry,physiology,histology and embryology,fundamentals of immunology,systemic anatomy,pediatrics was slightly higher than that in liberal arts students.Liberal arts students scored slightly higher in physiatry,medical microbiology and medical imaging.But there was no significant difference between two groups.The academic performance in the remaining 16 subjects was very close between liberal arts and science students,there was no statistical difference.Conclusion The division of liberal arts and sciences had no significant effect on the academic performance of college students in rehabilitation therapy.However,a larger sample from multiple centers is still needed for the study.
