护生关怀能力与组织关怀氛围的相关性研究

Study on Correlation between Caring Ability and Caring Climate of Nursing Students

目的了解护理学生人文关怀能力及组织关怀氛围的现状以及二者之间的相关性。方法采用人文关怀能力量表和组织关怀氛围问卷对502名护生进行便利抽样调查。结果护理人文关怀能力各维度得分低于国际水平(P<0.01);自评处于高关怀氛围组的学生人文关怀能力得分及各维度得分高于中等组和低分组的学生(P<0.01);相关分析显示,组织关怀氛围与护生人文关怀能力相关性最为密切,总体相关系数为r=0.473(P<0.01);多元逐步回归结果显示,护理学生的人文关怀能力得分24.7%是由组织关怀氛围和对人文关怀内容的认知熟悉度决定的。结论护生缺乏关怀勇气,组织关怀氛围浓郁有助于提高护生关怀能力,人文关怀理论学习较少,形式单一。

Objective To investigate the current situation of nursing students’humanistic care ability and organizational climate for caring,and explore the relationship between them.Methods The general information questionnaire,Caring Ability Inventory(CAI),Organizational Climate for Caring Questionnaire(OCCQ)were used to invested 502 nursing student in a university in Wuhan.Results The subscales CAI scores were significantly lower than that of foreign norms(P<0.01).The score of CAI and the subscales scores of students who perceived high organization climate(high organization climate group)were significantly higher than those of other groups(midium and low organization climate groups)(P<0.01).Correlation analysis proved the total scores of OCCQ had positive correlation with CAI total score(r=0.473).Multiple stepwise regression analysis indicated that the organization climate and the understanding of care were the best predictive variable which could explain 24.7%of variance in the humanistic caring ability.Conclusion The courage of caring in students is low,high atmosphere of caring will help students improve caring ability,the study of caring theory is not enough.
