蒿芩清胆汤治疗社区老年获得性肺炎(湿热内闭证)临床研究

Clinical Study of Artemisia Skullcap Qingdan Decoction in the Treatment of Senile Community Acquired Pneumonia(Dampen-heat Internal Closure Syndrome)

目的探讨蒿芩清胆汤治疗社区老年获得性肺炎(湿热内闭证)的临床疗效。方法选取2017年3月至2020年6月我院收治的56例老年社区获得性肺炎(湿热内闭证)患者作为观察对象,依照奇偶数字法将其分为对照组(奇数)与研究组(偶数),各有28例。对照组患者予以常规西医治疗,研究组患者在对照组患者的基础上加用蒿芩清胆汤口服治疗。对比两组患者临床疗效、超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)、白细胞计数(WBC)、降钙素原(PCT)的水平。结果研究组患者治疗后的总有效率(92.86%)明显比对照组患者(71.43%)高,差异存在统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患者治疗后的hs-CRP、WBC及PCT水平均比治疗前有所降低,但研究组患者的改善程度优于对照组患者,差异存在统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在针对社区老年获得性肺炎(湿热内闭证)的治疗中应用蒿芩清胆汤可提高临床疗效,抑制炎症反应,使患者的临床症状得到有效改善,值得临床应用及推广。

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of Artemsia Aricellaria Qingdan Decoction in the treatment of elderly community acquired pneumonia(damage-heat internal closure syndrome).Methods A total of 56 elderly patients with community-acquired pneumonia(damp-heat internal closure syndrome)admitted to our hospital from March 2017 to June 2020 were selected as observation subjects.According to odd and even number method,they were divided into control group(odd number)and study group(even number),with 28 cases each.The patients in the control group were treated with conventional western medicine,and the patients in the study group were treated with artemisia skullcap Qingdan decoction orally on the basis of the patients in the control group.Clinical efficacy,hypersensitive C-reactive protein(HS-CRP),white blood cell count(WBC)and procalcitonin(PCT)levels were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of patients in the study group(92.86%)was significantly higher than that in the control group(71.43%),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The hSCRP,WBC and PCT levels of patients in the two groups after treatment were all lower than those before treatment,but the improvement degree of patients in the study group was better than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of Artemisia spellaria Qingdan Decoction in the treatment of senile pneumonia in the community can improve the clinical efficacy,inhibit the inflammatory response,and effectively improve the clinical symptoms of the patients,which is worthy of clinical application and promotion.
