个体化护理干预对中老年高血压患者血压控制效果

Effect of Individualized Nursing Intervention on Blood Pressure Control of Middle-aged and Elderly Patients with Hypertension

目的探究个体化护理干预对社区中老年高血压患者血压控制效果。方法选取2018年12月至2019年12月我社区就诊的100例中老年高血压患者,以随机数表分组法将其分为对照组(50例)及观察组(50例),对照组采用建立个人健康档案、个人信息电子化管理、对症治疗、低盐低脂低胆固醇饮食等一般护理;观察组增加个体化护理干预,规范化管理;统计对比组间患者在结束相应护理干预后的血压指标控制效果、并发症的发生率以及生活质量的变化程度。结果观察组护理后血压达标低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组总并发症发生率少于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组护理前生活质量与对照组对比无统计学意义(P>0.05),护理后明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论将个体化护理干预应用于老年高血压患者,可有效改善患者血压指标,同时减少并发症影响,患者在接受护理后的生活质量可得到显著提升,整体护理效果显著,值得广泛推广。

Objective To explore the effect of individualized nursing intervention on blood pressure control in community middle-aged and elderly hypertensive patients.Methods Select 100 middle-aged and elderly hypertensive patients in our community from December 2018 to December 2019,and divide them into control(50 cases)and observation(50 cases)by random number table grouping method,the control group was given general care such as the establishment of personal health files,electronic management of personal information,symptomatic treatment,low-salt,low-fat and low-cholesterol diet.The observation group adds individualized nursing interventions and standardized management.The control effect of blood pressure index,the incidence of complications and the change degree of quality of life were compared between the two groups after the end of the corresponding nursing intervention.Results The blood pressure of the observation group after nursing was lower than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total complication rate of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The quality of life before nursing was not statistically significant compared with the control group(P>0.05),and after nursing was significantly higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Applying individualized nursing intervention to elderly hypertensive patients can effectively improve the patient’s blood pressure indicators and reduce the impact of complications.The quality of life of patients after receiving nursing care can be significantly improved,and the overall nursing effect is significant and worthy of widespread promotion.
