抗生素在新生儿肺炎治疗中的临床应用及时间效应分析

Clinical Application and Time Effect Analysis of Antibiotics in the Treatment of Neonatal Pneumonia

目的分析在新生儿肺炎治疗中行抗生素治疗的临床应用及时间效应。方法选择2018年2月至2020年9月收治的90例新生儿肺炎患儿作为研究对象,且均接受抗生素治疗,并统计患儿的抗生素用药情况,用药后并发症、合并症发生情况及治疗时间。结果接受青霉素与头孢类药物联合治疗的患儿人数较多,单一接受青霉素治疗的患儿其出现并发症或合并症的人数占比最大,单一接受头孢类药物治疗的患儿所需平均治疗时间相对于接受单一青霉素治疗与联合治疗的患儿较长,数据对比有统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论若新生儿肺炎患儿可接受抗生素治疗,但不同抗生素治疗疗效皆有所不同,且不同治疗方式的优点、缺点也皆有所不同,因此医师需根据患儿具体病情、身体状态合理选药,避免有抗生素滥用现象,使患儿病情能得到有效控制。

Objective To analyze the clinical application and time effect of antibiotics in the treatment of neonatal pneumonia.Methods From February 2018 to September 2020,90 cases of neonatal pneumonia were selected as the research object,and all of them received antibiotic treatment.The antibiotic use,complications,complications and treatment time of the children were counted.Results The number of children receiving penicillin and cephalosporins combined treatment was more,the number of children who received penicillin alone accounted for the largest proportion of patients with complications or complications.The average treatment time of children receiving cephalosporins treatment was longer than that of children receiving single penicillin treatment and combined treatment,and the data comparison was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion If children with neonatal pneumonia can receive antibiotic treatment,but the curative effect of different antibiotics treatment is different,and the quality and shortcomings of different treatment methods are also different.Therefore,doctors should select drugs reasonably according to the specific condition and physical state of the children,so as to avoid the phenomenon of antibiotic abuse,so as to effectively control the condition of children.
