糖尿病治疗中应用阿卡波糖的效果评价

摘要 目的评价糖尿病患者运用阿卡波糖治疗的结果。方法从我院选取2018年6月到2019年6月接收治疗的糖尿病患者150例为本实验的调查研究对象,根据不同治疗方式均分为对照组、观察组,各75例。对照组患者接受甘精胰岛素治疗,观察组患者在对照组患者基础上应用阿卡波糖展开治疗,对比两组患者的临床治疗结果。结果观察组患者临床治疗有效率高于对照组患者(P<0.05);用药后血糖指标、胰岛素抵抗指数、血清C肽水平等均下降,观察组下降幅度大于对照组(P<0.05);两组患者不良反应率差异较小,无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组患者并发症率低于对照组患者(P<0.05);观察组患者血糖达标时间短于对照组患者(P<0.05),差异有统计学意义。结论糖尿病患者使用阿卡波糖进行治疗效果确切,有效改善餐前血糖、餐后2 h血糖及糖化血红蛋白等水平,减少并发症率,提高临床治疗效果,适用于临床治疗大量的推广和使用。 Objective To evaluate the effect of acarbose on diabetic patients.Methods One hundred and fifty cases of diabetic patients in our hospital from June 2018 to June 2019 were selected as the research objects of this experiment.According to different treatment methods,they were divided into control group and observation group,75 cases in each group.The control group was treated with insulin glargine,and the observation group was treated with acarbose on the basis of the control group.The clinical treatment results of the two groups were compared.Results The effective rate of clinical treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The blood glucose index,insulin resistance index,serum C-peptide level,etc.were decreased after medication,and the decrease range of the observation group was greater than that of the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in adverse reaction rate between the two groups,the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).The complication rate of the observation group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).The time of blood glucose reaching the standard in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group(P<0.05),and the difference was statistically significant.Conclusion Acarbose is effective in the treatment of diabetic patients,which can effectively improve the levels of pre meal blood glucose,2-hour postprandial blood glucose and glycosylated hemoglobin,reduce the complication rate and improve the clinical treatment effect,which is suitable for a large number of clinical treatment promotion and use.
