无痛胃肠镜检查中应用依托咪酯复合丙泊酚静脉麻醉的效果

Effect of Etomidate combined with Propofol Intravenous Anesthesia in Painless Gastroenteroscopy

目的探析对无痛胃肠镜检查中应用依托咪酯复合丙泊酚静脉麻醉的效果。方法选100例无痛胃镜检查群体在我院就诊作为本次研究对象,用随机数字表将入组患者随机分为丙泊酚静脉麻醉组(对照组)和依托咪酯加入丙泊酚静脉麻醉组(观察组),每组50例,对照组用丙泊酚静脉麻醉,观察组用依托咪酯复合丙泊酚静脉麻醉,麻醉期间全程检查各组患者的血清应激指标、炎症因子情况变化与麻醉临床效果。结果在无痛胃肠镜检查后,观察组血清应激指标含量升高幅度低于对照组,有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组血清炎症因子含量升高幅度低于对照组,有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组出现不适反应发生率(循环抑制、呼吸抑制、注射痛)低于对照组,有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在无痛胃镜检查中应用依托咪酯复合丙泊酚静脉麻醉对降低检查后的机体应激反应、炎症反应有积极价值,对检查后各种不适反应的出现也有良好的干预控制作用,值得推广。

Objective To explore the effect of etomidate combined with propofol intravenous anesthesia in painless gastroenteroscopy.Methods 100 cases of painless gastroscopy group in our hospital were selected as the research object.The patients were randomly divided into propofol intravenous anesthesia group(control group)and etomidate plus propofol intravenous anesthesia group(observation group),with 50 cases in each group.The control group was anesthetized with propofol intravenous anesthesia,and the observation group was given etomidate combined with propofol intravenous anesthesia.The changes of serum stress index,inflammatory factors and clinical effect of anesthesia were examined.Results After painless gastroenteroscopy,the level of serum stress index in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).The level of serum inflammatory factors in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).The incidence of discomfort in the observation group(circulatory depression,respiratory depression,injection pain)was lower than that in the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of etomidate combined with propofol intravenous anesthesia in painless gastroscopy has positive value in reducing the stress reaction and inflammatory reaction of the body after examination,and has a good intervention and control effect on the occurrence of various discomfort reactions after examination,which is worthy of promotion.
