观察分析五常法护理模式对提高消化内镜护理质量的效果

Effect Observation And Analysis of Five Regular Nursing Models on Improving Quality of Digestive Endoscopy Nursing

目的分析五常法护理模式对提高消化内镜护理质量的效果。方法随机选取2019年2月至2020年5月在本院进行消化内镜诊疗的274例患者进行此次研究,按照随机抽签法均分两组,各137例。其中,给予传统护理的为参照组,给予五常法护理的为研究组,对比两种模式下对护理质量的影响。结果在护理质量评分及患者满意度反馈方面,研究组均较高,对比显示的差异明显(P<0.05)。结论将五常法模式应用在消化内镜护理过程中,能够对护理工作起到提升促进作用,提升患者护理满意度,具有推广价值。

Objective To analyzed effect of five regular nursing model on improving quality of digestive endoscopy.Methods The paper chose 274 patients with digestive endoscopy in our hospital from February 2019 to May 2020 for study,and divided them into two groups randomly according to random lottery method,with 137 cases in each group.Among them,reference group was treated with traditional nursing,and research group with five-changing method nursing.Nursing quality of two modes was compared.Results Nursing quality scores and satisfaction feedback of study group was relatively higher,and comparison showed significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion Five-regular method can promote nursing work and improve nursing satisfaction of patients in nursing process of digestive endoscopy,which has promotion value.
