How To Reduce Impulsive Behavior Intervention Rate in Psychiatric Wards

精神病人常常会表现出伤人、自杀等冲动行为,严重威胁自身和他人的安全。冲动行为干预措施能保护患者的安全或维护治疗效果,同时也能有效保证患者自身和他人的安全。但是,冲动行为干预存在一些护理缺陷,不恰当的冲动行为干预后,可能会引起患者的消极反馈,比如绝食、不配合治疗等等。同时,对于精神病患者而言,减少其冲动行为的出现次数才能够对其疾病进行本质上的治疗。因此,医护人员可以通过制定精神病患者冲动风险评估机制、重视预见性护理措施、多部门协同合作以及改善住院环境增加工娱活动等措施来降低精神病人冲动行为以及冲动行为干预的使用率,降低医院医疗事故的发生率,提高患者及家属的满意度。

Mental illness patients often show impulsive behaviors of hurting and suicide,which threaten safety of themselves and others seriously.Impulsive behavior intervention measures can protect safety of patients or maintain treatment effect,and ensure safety of others effectively.However,impulsive behavior intervention has some nursing shortcomings,improper impulsive behavior intervention may cause negative feedback from patients,such as hunger strikes,non-cooperation with treatment,and so on.At the same time,for mentally illness patients,it is necessary to reduce number of occurrences of impulsive behavior to treat disease in essence.Therefore,medical staff can reduce impulsive behavior of mental patients and impulsive behavior interventions rate by establishing risk assessment mechanism for mental patients,focusing on predictive care measures,multi-departmental collaboration,improving inpatient environment,and increasing entertainment activities,to lower incidence of medical accidents and improve satisfaction of patients and their families.
