股骨近端防旋髓内钉治疗股骨粗隆部骨折的价值

Value of Proximal Antirotation Intramedullary Nail in Treatment of Intertrochanteric Femoral Fracture

目的分析股骨粗隆部骨折患者经股骨近端防旋髓内钉治疗的临床效果。方法选取我院2017年1月至2020年3月收治的36例股骨粗隆部骨折患者作为研究对象,采取随机数字表法将其分组,对照组(n=18,股骨近端锁定钢板治疗)和观察组(n=18,股骨近端防旋髓内钉治疗),比较各项手术指标和术后并发症发生情况。结果切口长度、住院时间、手术时间、透视时间、术中失血量等各项手术指标与对照组比较,观察组均显著较优;迟发性骨干骨折、内固定物切出、延迟愈合以及感染等并发症发生概率较对照组,观察组较低。结论股骨粗隆部骨折患者经股骨近端防旋髓内钉治疗的临床效果显著,安全性较高,值得在临床中推广应用。

Objective To analyzed clinical effect of proximal antirotation intramedullary nail in treatment of intertrochanteric femoral fracture.Methods The paper chose 36 cases of intertrochanteric femoral fracture patients in our hospital from January 2017 to March 2020 as research objects and divided into control group(n=18,with proximal femoral locking plate treatment)and observation group(n=18,with proximal femoral anti rotation intramedullary nail treatment)randomly.Results Incision length,length of stay,operation time,fluoroscopy time,intraoperative blood loss and other operation indexes of observation group were significantly better than control group,complications incidence of shaft delayed fracture,removal of internal fixation,delayed healing and infection of observation group was lower than control group.Conclusion Proximal antirotation intramedullary nail can achieve significant clinical effect in treatment of intertrochanteric femoral fracture is,with high safety,which is worthy of clinical application.
