眩晕宁片联合敏使朗治疗后循环缺血性眩晕的效果观察

Effect Observation of Xuanyunning Tablet Combined With Mesylate on Post-Circulatory Ischemic Vertigo

目的探讨眩晕宁片与敏使朗联合治疗后循环缺血性眩晕的临床效果。方法90例研究主体来自2017年2月至2018年2月来我院就诊并确诊为后循环缺血性眩晕患者,以前瞻性对照分组法随机分成两组:敏使朗组单一用药治疗,联合组另加眩晕宁片联合施治。疗程结束后观察有关临床效果情况的评价指标。结果联合组患者用药治疗后获得疗效88.89%较敏使朗组71.11%更好(P<0.05);治疗前两组患者左椎动脉、右椎动脉以及基底动脉血液流速差异尚无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后可见均有改善(P<0.05),同时联合组左椎动脉、右椎动脉以及基底动脉血液流速更高于敏使朗组(P<0.05),联合组患者眩晕每天发作次数评分、每次发作持续时间评分以及症状改善起效时间均少于敏使朗组(P<0.05)。结论眩晕宁片与敏使朗联合用药治疗后循环缺血性眩晕的效果明确,两药协同更利于病症改善。

Objective To investigate clinical effect of Xuanyunning tablet combined with mesylate on post-circulatory ischemic vertigo.Methods The paper chose 90 patients with posterior circulation ischemic vertigo from February 2017 to February 2018 in our hospital for treatment and diagnosis,and divided them into two groups randomly with prospectively controlled grouping method:mesylate group was treated with single drug,and combined group with additional Xuanyunning tablets.Evaluation indicators of clinical effect after treatment course were observed.Results Treatment effect of combination group was 88.89%,better than 71.11%of mesylate group(P<0.05);difference was no statistically significant in terms of blood flow velocity of left vertebral artery,right vertebral artery and basilar artery between two groups before treatment(P>0.05);improvement can be seen after treatment(P<0.05).At the same time,blood flow rate of left vertebral artery,right vertebral artery,and basilar artery in combination group was higher than mesylate group(P<0.05).Frequency scores,duration of each attack scores,and onset time of symptom improvement were less than mesylate group(P<0.05).Conclusion Combined treatment of Xuanyunning tablet and mesylate has clear treatment effect on circulatory ischemic vertigo,which is beneficial to improvement of disease.
