重组人脑利钠肽治疗老年急性心肌梗死合并泵衰竭患者的效果观察 被引量:1

Effect Observation of Recombinant Human Brain Natriuretic Peptide in Treatment of Elderly Patients With Acute Myocardial Infarction and Pump Failure

摘要 目的探讨重组人脑利钠肽治疗老年急性心肌梗死合并泵衰竭患者的效果观察。方法将2017年1月至2018年12月在我院心内科治疗的400例老年急性心肌梗死合并泵衰竭患者随机分为两组,每组各200例,对照组使用一般心衰治疗,在此基础上观察组使用重组人脑利钠肽治疗,对比两组的临床疗效、心功能情况、神经内分泌指标变化。结果观察组治疗有效率为94.50%,明显高于对照组的78.50%(P<0.05);观察组治疗后LVEF明显高于对照组,而LEDV、LESV明显低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组治疗后NT-proBNP、ET、NE、hs-CRP明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论重组人脑利钠肽治疗老年急性心肌梗死合并泵衰竭患者的效果显著,能有效提高心功能,抑制心室重构,改善神经内分泌水平,具有积极的临床意义。 Objective To investigate effect of recombinant human brain natriuretic peptide in treatment of elderly patients with acute myocardial infarction pump failure.Methods We chose 400 elderly patients with acute myocardial infarction pump failure treated in cardiology department of our hospital from January 2017 to December 2018,divided them into two groups randomly.Control group was treated with general heart failure treatment,and observation group with recombinant humans brain natriuretic peptide therapy.Compared clinical effect,cardiac function,and neuroendocrine index changes between two groups.Results Effective rate in observation group was 94.50%,significantly higher than 78.50%in control group(P<0.05);LVEF in observation group was significantly higher than control group after treatment,while LEDV and LESV were significantly lower than control group,(P<0.05);NT-proBNP,ET,NE and hs-CRP in observation group were significantly lower than control group after treatment(P<0.05).Conclusion Recombinant human brain natriuretic peptide is effective in treating elderly patients with acute myocardial infarction and pump failure,can improve heart function,inhibit ventricular remodeling,and neuroendocrine levels effectively,which is of positive clinical significance.
