中西医结合治疗消化道溃疡60例

Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine in Treatment 60 Cases Peptic Ulcer Patients

目的分析中西医结合治疗消化道溃疡的效果。方法抽选2019年1月至2019年11月救治的60例消化道溃疡病例,等额划分法纳入结合组与基础组(n=30)。基础组予以常规西药治疗,结合组实施中西医结合治疗,比较患者的治疗效果及不良反应发生率。结果结合组病例的病情转归率是96.67%,基础组病例的病情转归率是83.33%,结合组的症状改善率较高(P<0.05)。结合组、基础组病例治疗后各出现1例、6例不良反应,药用安全价值对比有统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论中西医结合治疗消化道溃疡的疗效较好,患者的不良反应发生率较低,适合于临床推广。

Objective To analyzed effect of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine in treatment of peptic ulcer.Methods We chose 60 cases peptic ulcer patients from January 2019 to November 2019,divided them into combined group and basic group(n=30).Basic group was treated with routine western medicine,and combined group with integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine.Compared treatment effect and incidence of adverse reactions.Results Prognosis rate of combined group was 96.67%,basic group was 83.33%,symptom improvement rate in combined group was higher(P<0.05).1 case and 6 cases of adverse reactions occurred in combined group and basic group after treatment,there was statistical difference in value of medical safety(P<0.05).Conclusion Integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine has good effect in treatment of peptic ulcer,with low adverse reactions incidence,which is suitable for clinical promotion.
