培元固本针法联合关节活动度维持训练治疗脑卒中后软瘫期的临床研究

Clinical Study on Foundation Strengthening Acupuncture Combined With Maintenance Training of Joint Mobility in treatment of Paralysis After Stroke

目的分析培元固本针法联合关节活动度维持训练治疗脑卒中后软瘫期的临床研究。方法选取我院在2019年6月至2020年6月收治的脑卒中172例患者,随机分为观察组、对照组,每组86例。对照组常规康复,观察组联合予以培元固本针法联合关节活动度维持训练治疗方案。观察两组治疗前后NIHSS(卒中量表)、MMSE(精神状态量表)。结果治疗后观察组患者总有效率显著高于对照组,差异显著(P<0.05);治疗前两组患者NIHSS、MMSE评分差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后观察组患者的NIHSS、MMSE评分均优于对照组,差异显著(P<0.05)。结论临床治疗脑卒中后软瘫期患者,优先使用培元固本针法联合关节活动度维持训练方案,效果较传统治疗方案更佳。

Objective To analyzed clinical study of foundation strengthening acupuncture combined with joint mobility maintenance training in treatment of paralysis after stroke.Methods The paper chose 172 stroke patients admitted to our hospital from June 2019 to June 2020 and divided them into observation group and control group randomly,with 86 cases in each group.Control group was treated with routine rehabilitation,and observation group with foundation strengthening acupuncture combined with joint mobility maintenance training.Observe NIHSS(Stroke Scale)and MMSE(Mental State Scale)before and after treatment between two groups.Results After treatment,total effective rate of observation group was significantly higher than control group(P<0.05);NIHSS and MMSE scores showed no significant difference between two groups before treatment(P>0.05);NIHSS and MMSE scores of observation group after treatment were better than control group,difference was significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In clinical treatment of paralysis patients after stroke,foundation strengthening acupuncture combined with joint mobility maintenance training program is preferred,which can achieve better effect than traditional treatment programs.
